*Cancellation / No-show Policy*
Appointments must be cancelled / rescheduled 24 hours before appointment time to avoid fees. Scheduled appointments cancelled after 24 hours may be subject of being charged up to 50% of the original appointment service value. All no-show appointments will automatically be charged 50% of the original service value.
*Late Fee Policy*
My schedule is structured to fit clients in with just the right amount of time for scheduled services, otherwise you risk running over into the next clients appointment. For most services you will get the remainder time left of your appointment but still be required to pay full price. In some cases if you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled as there won’t be enough time to perform the service. (Waxing, certain facials, microchanneling, etc.) To be safe, it’s best to arrive to any appointment 10 minutes early.
